Nick is an organisational development consultant and coach with expertise in family run SMEs, delivering change, leadership and management development, succession management and process improvement.
He has extensive experience gained in family businesses, construction and manufacturing and has been responsible for leading change management and development programmes in a wide variety of organisations at all levels including Forth Ports, Smith Anderson, Tillicoultry Quarries and Skills Development Scotland.
He is an accredited user of DISC psychometric profiling, a certified Denison Culture practitioner and is an accredited user of the TEIQue Emotional Intelligence tool. He has a PhD in business strategy from the University of Glasgow, where he is also a visiting lecturer in Small business consulting and entrepreneurship and an MBA (Distinction) from the University of Strathclyde Graduate Business School, where he is also a visiting lecturer and Strathclyde Business Fellow in family business and growth. He also has an MSc in Marketing and a BA (Hons) in Economics.
