Highland Spring Group is the UK’s leading supplier of natural source water. Now bottling over 500 million litres of water a year, the Highland Spring Group produces brands including Highland Spring, Speyside Glenlivet, Hydr8 and a range of private label flavoured and unflavoured waters for some of the UK’s major supermarkets and food service retailers. Established in 1979, the group now consists of four bottling plants and employs over 400 staff across the UK.
What we did:
The Leadership Factory worked with Highland Spring to design and deliver their Management Academy. This involved the following:
- Working with six cohorts of senior and middle leaders on a programme of development
- Supporting each cohort on a strategic growth challenge project in line with the company values and objectives
- Providing all participants with a full psychometric and 360-degree review before the start of the programme
- Providing all participants with 1 2 1 coaching support
- Supporting all learning with an online Learning Portal offering articles, videos and tools
