“Our Senior Management Team have all completed the Leadership for Growth Programme which has developed them hugely, making them more self-aware, helped them understand themselves and the impact their words and actions have on their peers and their direct reports. The ‘Discus’ personality profile reports helped them recognise their strengths and weaknesses and together with their coaches they have challenged themselves out with their comfort zones and developed personal improvement strategies.
Additionally we embarked on further ‘Coaching’ workshops to ensure that we help our teams develop by creating an ongoing ‘coaching culture’ throughout our day to day interactions with those around us. We are now starting further development of the next tier of management through similar courses.
