What we did:
We worked with the internal Learning and Development team in Business Stream to design and deliver a Leadership Academy to support the growth strategy of the business. The Leadership Academy incorporates a number of key activities:
- Delivering leadership development to over 80 participants across a number of cohorts
- Designing customised learning programmes to support the growth strategy of the company
- Providing facilitated workshops incorporating action Learning & team coaching principles
- Providing all participants with 1-2-1 executive coaching
- Offering 360 feedback to all participants based on the company values and competencies
- Have a dedicated online branded portal to support all learning
